1. How do I make a reservation?
A: Just complete the reservation form provided online, and we
will confirm your booking with you by email or telephone. Usually
the comfirmation will be given in 12 hour because the time difference.

Note: All reservations receive the same Internet preferential
price regardless the format how they are placed.
2. How can I pay the hotel?
You can pay the hotel when you check out unless for those hotel
which stated you have to pay deposit. Then you have to prepay
your hotel via international credit card or PayPal.
3. Is there any reservation number offered?
When you make a reservation via our website, there is an automatically
generated file number. That is for tracking your reservation
in our site only. The hotel's reservation number (if one is
given) will be given via the confirmation email or check by
after
reservation confirmed. But please understand that many of the
hotels in China do not offer reservation numbers to guests.
Providing your name to the reception desk is enough to confirm
your booking.
4. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
We'll send you a confirmation e-mail after you complete your
reservation. This e-mail will include your complete itinerary,
along with your price. Please make sure you give us your correct
email address. You may also review your confirmation by accessing
on our
web site.
5. When will I be asked to give out credit
card info?
a. For peak season reservations.
b. For late check-ins after 16:00 (4:00pm).
c. By special request of the hotel.
6. Is there anything unique about hotels
in China that I should know about?
A: When you register at the hotel, you will be asked for a deposit.
This amount is approximately twice your room rate. Although
some international customers may not like this policy, we can
assure them there is little to worry as the hotel will only
bill the agreed-upon amount during check-out.
7. What types of rooms are described in ChinaTopHotels.com?
Single Room - The room may only accommodate one person only.
Twin Room - The room includes two single beds.
Double Room - The room includes one king-size bed usually for
couples.
Suite - The room includes both sitting room and bedroom.
8. What are the usual sizes of the beds?
Single Bed - width 1.2 meters and length 2.0 meters.
Double Bed - width 1.8 meters and length 2.0 meters.
(1 meter = 3.28 feet)
Note: Double bed sizes vary from hotel- to-hotel.
9. Will a marriage certificate be required
when a couple checks in?
No marriage certification will be asked if the customers are
both international guests. But if one is an international guest
and the other a Chinese resident, a marriage certificate will
be asked to be furnished upon registering.
10. What's the cancellation policy for a
reservation?
In most cases, cancellations are free of charge. Peak season
cancellations will incur a penalty-fee. Please see the details
in your confirmation e-mail for full terms and conditions once
you have made an order.
